AI Chief of Staff

AI Chief of Staff

Strategic. Intelligent. Always In Support.

A private desktop AI agent that runs your day — daily briefings, email drafts, calendar coordination, reminders, and any custom routine you can describe.

Not sure which Mac? Click the Apple menu → About This Mac. If it says Apple M1/M2/M3/M4, choose Apple Silicon. If it says Intel, choose Intel.

v1.0.0-beta.9 · Private beta. New: Settings → Connections shows every external tool your AI can use — add, edit, disable, or test any MCP server, with live status badges and a one-click way to open the raw config file. Edits are atomic so a crash mid-save can't corrupt your setup. Also new: onboarding now shows a "Connect your tools" step with Gmail/Calendar and GoHighLevel cards — buttons are placeholders this round while we finalize the Google approval. Auto-update still installs silently in the background for beta.7+ users on next quit. Mac builds signed + notarized. Windows still shows a one-time SmartScreen prompt.

WHAT IT DOES

An AI agent that actually does the work

Not a chatbot. A real desktop agent with file access, scheduled routines, and integrations into the tools you already use.

Daily Briefings

Wake up to a personalized morning briefing — weather, calendar, priorities — delivered as a desktop notification.

Email Management

Read your unread inbox, draft replies in your voice, and save them straight to Gmail for review.

Calendar Intelligence

Find conflicts, flag tight gaps, and surface the meetings that actually need attention.

Automated Reminders

Schedule daily, weekly, or monthly reminders that go out reliably via SMS, email, or GHL.

File & Document Access

Reads and edits files on your Mac or PC, runs scripts, and works directly in your real folders.

Custom Routines

Build any scheduled task you can describe — research, reports, follow-ups. It just runs.

Knowledge Base, Always On

Drop your brand book, style guide, and operating rules into the Knowledge Base — like a GPT Project or Claude system prompt that travels with every conversation.

Ready-Made Recipes

Templates for daily briefings, email triage, calendar checks, weekly reviews, and more. Copy, paste, customize — you're running in minutes.

System Requirements

Built for modern Macs and Windows PCs.

Mac

  • Apple Silicon (M1/M2/M3) recommended
  • macOS 12 or newer
  • ~500 MB disk space

Windows

  • x64 processor
  • ~500 MB disk space

Quick Install Guide

Five minutes from download to your first briefing.

Windows: one-time SmartScreen prompt

On Windows, the first time you run the installer, Microsoft SmartScreen may show a blue “Windows protected your PC” screen. Click More infoRun anyway. You only need to do this once.

On Mac, you’re all set — Mac builds are now signed with an Apple Developer ID and notarized by Apple. Just double-click to install.

  1. 1

    Download

Click your platform's button above. Mac: .dmg file. Windows: .exe installer.

  2. 2

    Install

Mac: open the DMG, drag the app to Applications. Windows: double-click the installer and follow prompts.

  3. 3

    First launch — Mac

Double-click the app. It opens — no Gatekeeper warning, no Privacy & Security workaround. Signed with Apple Developer ID and notarized by Apple.

  4. 4

    First launch — Windows

Run the installer. If Windows SmartScreen shows a blue “Windows protected your PC” screen, click More info → Run anyway. You’ll only do this once.

  5. 5

Use your own Anthropic / Claude account on first launch. Pro plan ($20/mo) is the recommended starting point.

  6. 6

    Start with a daily briefing

Tell it: ‘Set up a daily briefing at 6 AM for [your city] that pulls my Google Calendar.’ Build from there one capability at a time.
